- Some of the sections of the Diabetes Manual have been updated. Please update any hard copies accordingly
- The forward and index are now in the introduction section
- Section 1 – Introduction – has been updated
- Section 5 Monitoring diabetes control – has been renamed and significantly updated
- Section 10 – Medications – undergone a significant review
- Section 15 and Section 16 will not be continued.
- There have been major changes made to the tab Resources for patient education. You will now find a much more comprehensive range of consumer resources to support your education practice. We welcome any feedback about this new section to our website.
- The Web link tab has some new links added. Please go to Web Links page to view links for Kidney Health, Heart Foundation and others.
- A new version of the Pre-Diabetes factsheet is now available.
Diabetes Outreach is a Country Health SA program that:
